Title change

Tomorrow I'll be spending some quality time with my ex-sister-in-law doing some wedding dress shopping. I liked her from the moment I met her, some 18+ years ago (or something like that!). When she was married to my brother we used to joke around that if they ever got divorced I would go with her as part of the settlement. Little did we know... :o

After she and my brother divorced, we've always remained good friends and most times I still refer to her as my sister-in-law. Well, my brother got remarried last month and it just dawned on me that I really can't call her that anymore. Referring to her as my ex-sister-in-law doesn't sound that positive but to say that she's just a friend isn't right either. She's more than that. So it's high time I figured out a new title for her - just don't know what that is yet.
